About UsMiss Julie (a.k.a. Mrs. Ste.Marie) has been teaching at Jay/Westfield for 6 years; most know her as the third and fourth grade teacher. Yet, after 23 years in this age group, in four different schools total, she decided to take on the preschool challenge. She thinks it's exciting to try new things and loves that age group! Her own children are aged 22, 21 and 10. She knows how quickly they grow up and how eager young children are to learn.
Miss Lonnie is a mom of two young boys herself, aged 9 months and 5 years. She has worked with children through the Head Start Program and also loves working with this age. This is the first time Ms. Lonnie has worked in a school system. She and Miss Julie are actually neighbors on the River Road in Troy! |
